Carried out for a family of four looking to open up the ground
floor and extend into the basement of their 1960's central
London terrace house to enable open concept living via an
integrated kitchen, living and dining area with a basement
dug below to provide a large family room and office area.
• New entrance door and facade picture window
• Strip out of ground floor to provide open kitchen
• Timber flooring and gloss grey cabinets
• Stainless steel and black glass appliances
• Concealed fridge/freezer, washing machine
• Shower and Toilet room in basement
• LIght wells front and rear for natural light and ventilation
• Creates a 4 storey terrace house

Kitchen works carried out while house was occupied and
completed in less than 3 weeks. The basement dig was
completed in April 2014. Work was carried out by a specialist
